Attorney Mark Buckley helped me tremendously with my bankruptcy. At the time that I hired him, I had a levy on my bank account & a motion to garnish my wages from one of my credit card companies that refused to work with my debt relief. Mark explained all my options in a very down-to-earth manner, ...and was able to very quickly file my bankruptcy in time for my court hearing so the debt collector would release the levy completely and get my money from my bank account back. He only had less than a week to file the motion for this to happen, and he jumped through a lot of hoops to get me there.
