During the forth of July weekend, my wife and I were visiting Rhode Island to enjoy a weekend of cycling, baseball, and Waterfire. During the early part of the day, our weekend was interrupted by a motorist that lost control of his car and struck me and ran over my wife pinning her beneath the vehic...le. Fortunately, thanks to the professional staff at Rhode Island Hospital, (including two nurses that happened to be on scene when the accident occurred), both my wife and I recovered from our injuries. When you call, unless it is your initial call, you will not get a call back from Mike or any of his associates. When they tell you that they will send you a file or paperwork, they never send it. When you call to talk to mike, he is literally only in the office at 4, but if you call beforehand you wi...ll not get a call back. They did not obtain all of the medical records for my case, to procrastinate the case some more, and instead sent me papers from the other attorney with their offer without my records. I don't understand why I signed multiple papers for them to get my medical records, just for them to not get them and make my offer WAY LESS than it should be. So for the next few months I didn't hear anything again from them, and they sent me a paper saying they needed more medical records. Why? It doesn't say why they did not get all of my medical records, but saying they needed them. Why couldn't they call me, is beyond me. Why they did not get all of my records is also beyond me. I do not pay an attorney to sit there and do nothing. If I am paying you, then you should call me back, at the least. But, the Bottaro law firm will not do that. They must make a lot of money from people with no sense or care about their life. Unfortunately, this incident will effect me for the rest of my life, and I care that I will never be able to do a sport again, or go a day without being in pain. I now have to take medicine for my pain 5 times a day, every day. Yet, the Bottaro law firm does not care about that, or me. They must not care too much about their other clients either.

I was extremely disappointed I have a permanent injury and the settlement was very disappointing at the end when I signed for my last check they lost track of it waited almost a month and a half to get it they did not even know they lost it I would not recommend this attorney to no one besides that e...verybody that works there is extremely nice they do return your phone calls but you do not get a settlement for what your injury is worth
