In the summer of 2015, I was on my way home from a Fenway concert and found myself being pulled over by a small town police department. Although I admit I was tired from a long day and had a couple beers earlier in the night, I was arrested for OUI and driving negligently after the police officer fe...lt I failed the field sobriety test. I opted to take the breath test which was 0.082, just over the legal limit and was then booked. Devastated as I did not believe I was impaired to drive, I started to research legal council. All in all Michael DelSignore saved my future. I had been arrested for my first DUI in May of 2015. This case ended up being nearly 3 years old, but ended up winning through perseverance. Mike was great making sure that I had the best shot at winning by looking at other similar cases, continuing my case until we had favorable circumstances, and then closed it out. This was a difficult case sinc...e I took the breathalyzer, but Mike was patient and helped to look for different ways to get it knocked out. This went to a bench trial where he put together a great defense where he showed there was not enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt for a guilty verdict.
