Best OUI Lawyer Around!

I hired Attorney Salerno after getting arrested for OUI and Marked Lane Violation. Initially, when I called around and spoke to a few lawyers, they suggested I settle with a CWOAF (admitting guilt without facts), however Salerno suggested we fought it through. He was not only confident in my case, bu...t affordable. Attorney Salerno stood by me each court date, and was extremely personable. In addition, he is highly knowledgeable with understanding both sides of the law. After 8 months of court, Attorney Salerno was able to successfully get my case dismissed. No trial, no never ending court sessions, no CWOAF; driving record was cleared. I couldn't be more excited with the outcome, and would highly recommend Attorney Salerno to all those who are seeking a Criminal Defense Lawyer. Thank you Attorney Salerno for all you have done!

Excellent Representation from Start to Finish

Tony has now represented 2 referrals of mine and now me and in all the cases the outcomes have been non-convictions on any level. He and his staff maintain communication throughout the process so you are completely informed of each step and that is critically important, as legal proceedings create a... high level of anxiety. One should feel confident in Tony handling their respective case.

I strongly recommend Attorney Salerno

I was in a rough spot. After receiving my first ever criminal charges I was being held behind bars, without bail. It was recommended that I seek out Attorney Anthony Salerno, which is some of the best advice I’ve ever received. Tony was able to get me released from jail for a low bail in a very qu...ick manner. As I returned into the real world and normal living, Tony explained the process of how he would go about having my charges dismissed. He has been there for me at every step and operates with a very professional and assuring manner. It’s been nearly a year, but I just received the great news that a motion which Tony argued was upheld, and my charges will be dismissed within two weeks! Thanks to Tony I can continue my life without having to worry about a stained record affecting any future opportunities. Tony’s fee was also lower than other attorney’s who came less recommended. In a long process like the one I’ve been put through, there would have been many opportunities for a less reputable lawyer to charge an extra fee. That has NEVER been the case with Tony. My family and I are more than thrilled with his performance and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking counsel in a criminal matter.

Best decision you will ever make!

My driver’s license expired and, due to a beaurocratic nightmare at the RMV, I wasn’t allowed to renew. (The RMV thought I had an outstanding/unpaid $4 MBTA parking ticket and wouldn’t allow me to renew until it was cleared, but the ticket had been paid months prior and wasn’t properly cleared from ...the system.) An officer in Shrewsbury ran my plate (still unclear why, that’s another story) and I was cited for the CRIMINAL (not civil) offense of driving with an expired license. Yes, only in Massachusetts, this is a criminal offense. I am a physician, so even being charged—let alone convicted—with a criminal offense could prevent me from maintaining my medical license. Needless to say, I was extremely concerned about the potential ramifications and decide to hire an attorney to represent me. After doing some research, I hired Attorney Salerno. This was like hitting the jackpot. He was able to get the case resolved with no criminal complaint against me, meaning I was not formally charged with a crime in the end. This was the best possible outcome, and I am extremely grateful to him. Part of the reason he was so successful in my case is that he knows the system and the players very well. He is a former police officer himself, and he clearly had the respect and attention of the clerk magistrate and police officer who were present at my initial hearing. In fact, the first thing the magistrate said when we walked into the room was: “Attorney Salerno! How can I make your life easier today?” I was immediately reassured and knew that I would get a fair hearing. His familiarity with the individuals involved, and with the process itself, definitely set a good tone for the hearing and things went really well after that. He presented all the evidence, succinctly summarized my case, and we were out the door before I knew it. I’m convinced that Attorney Salerno’s representation was instrumental in getting the favorable and fair outcome that I received. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, but I hope I never need to!
