NOT GUILTY!!! DUI Second Offense & Negligent Operation. If you’ve come to this page to look at reviews to determine if you should hire Anthony Salerno the answer is a YES! BEST decision I ever made. Even when I was filling out my paperwork in probation, when the woman asked who my attorney was and I ...said Salerno, she audibly gasped and said “oh wow he’s the best”. There’s a reason why he has a stellar reputation. He knew my case better than I did and that’s without me having to explain in detail my side of the facts. He combed through my hour long footage and narrowed it down to 11 minutes of proof that he presented to the court. I could see his notepad of copious notes he had taken. He took care of everything that needed to be said or done right down to getting me an elastic in the courthouse to put my hair up for a better appearance at trial.
