Hello to whoever may be reading these reviews, well here is mine. I would like to start off by saying that Anthony Salerno is hands down the best lawyer/attorney in Worcester, MA area. I couldnt have asked for a better, more professional attorney, he handled everything by himself and the results were... amazing, i couldn't believe it. Anthony Salerno is your guy hands down, for any case. He is worth every penny, and then some! You will not be dissapointed! Also, i would like to give a shout out to his assistant Erin, she is very nice as well. She has been with Anthony Salerno for quite some time as well, excellent team i must say! Any case, give him a call 24/7 365 days a year and you wont regret it! Simply The BEST & BETTER than ALL THE REST! I was arrested 2/19/17 @ 12:15 AM, rollover crash, hit a parked car, refused field sobriety test, and blew a .17. I was very shaken up and scared, and did my research on AVVO for an attorney. Boy, was I lucky. I called a few attorneys and they were all cut & dry, almost rude, hard to reach, very to t...he point. When I called Mr Salerno, not only did he answer on Sunday evening at 6 pm, but he was so kind, empathetic, genuine, and understanding. He must have spent a half hour just explaining to me what was going on, to relax, and comfort me. He promised me everything would be OK and exactly what was going to happen through and through, and even at the arraignment. This is BEFORE even considering hiring him. He told me what exactly to do at the arraignment, and EXACTLY what was going to happen to a tee. I met with him after my arraignment and he explored all my options. I ended up deciding to go with a CWOAF. He was able to get me free movement out of state to NH, and found a loophole in the law that allowed me to come off my one year probation in less than a year if I paid off my dues and finished anything I needed to get done on probation. After 8 months, he took the time out of his schedule to come down to Ayer Court and meet me on a Thursday afternoon just to try to get me off probation early. The DA tried to fight me, and he was so intelligent, smart, and professional. The case was dismissed, and I got off probation 5 months early. He is very, very, very knowledgeable about the law. He knew that immediately now I can petition to have my record seal to help with my job search. He will answer any question, and will always be straight forward, honest. But i will have to say I cannot believe how personable, comforting, and genuine Anthony is. I'm so grateful he could help me through this tough time in my life. Even the court officers said I got super lucky to have him represent me. He is simply amazing.

I was charged with an OUI. I failed the field sobriety test and blew a .15 into the breathalyzer. I thought I was doomed. Attorney Salerno went above and beyond. At first, I had prepared to take the plea deal, because with a breath test that high, I didn't stand a chance in court. Attorney Salerno ma...naged to get my breath test thrown out on the grounds that my arresting police officer was trained on a breath test that is now deemed invalid (even though the machine that I took my breath test on was completely valid). After he had gotten my breath test thrown out, I had went to trial. We had to go against the police officer who arrested me to prove that I was not drunk. Every single way that the cop had said I had failed the field sobriety test for, the attorney had two pieces of counter evidence against it. In the end, I was found not guilty. I am forever grateful, and in fact shocked because I had absolutely nothing in my favor, but Attorney Salerno digged, and he was fast. In 30 seconds he can create a counter argument for a valid piece of evidence. Yes, he's a little more expensive than most lawyers, but you get what you pay for. If i had cheaped out and went for another lawyer, (which trust me, I shopped around) I would have to pay twice the amount that I paid in probation fees, and I would have had this on my record. I highly recommend. Also, if you hire him, let him do his thing. He knows more about what is in your best interest in that court room than you do.

I hired attorney Salerno to represent me for DUI charges. From my initial phone call to him, right up until the judge stated "not guilty", I was completely satisfied with him and his office. My case took a very long time to come to a close, due to the state (breathalyzer calibration issues) but Tony ...always remained positive, optimistic and professional. The amount of respect he has in the courthouse is unreal. Every time I mentioned who was representing me, every single person told me I was in good hands. With the severity of the charges against me, I was obviously very concerned with the outcome of my case. But after watching him in the courtroom for so long, my confidence grew after each of my appearances. Not only did the court respect him, but he clearly respects the court as well. On the day of my bench trial, we sat and reviewed the police report. I was a nervous wreck, but Tony seemed very confident that we could get a not guilty verdict. His experience as a former trooper was obvious as he knew exactly what he was looking for and what the arresting officer was trained to look for on the evening of my arrest. As he was questioning the arresting officer on the stand, my confidence grew after every question he asked. He also treated the officer with complete respect, by questioning only the facts and never the officers integrity. Absolute professionalism. As I mentioned, my case took a long time to get resolved (998 days, but who was counting?). We were required to make several courtroom appearances, many phone calls - and Tony stuck with the same fee that he quoted me on the very first phone call I made to him, there were never any additional fees added. His legal services were worth every penny I spent - and then some! Each time I called his office and spoke with Erin, she was also very professional and friendly. She always tried to get answers to my questions and she called me the day before every court appearance as a courtesy. I will recommend Attorney Salerno's services to any family member, friend, co-worker, or anybody that is in need of legal services or representation - without hesitation. They are without a doubt, the best in the business and I am eternally grateful for everything they did for me!!
