Although no one wants to go through a bankruptcy, having the right attorney makes the situation much easier. I had met with two other lawyers before my consultation with Robert and knew very early in the meeting that he was the lawyer I needed. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put me... at ease regarding my situation, I hired him on the spot and I have not regretted it for a second. Robert and his office manager Lynn are professional, courteous, and kind. They walked me through every step of the process and treated me with dignity and respect. Every time I sent an email with a question or another completed form or additional document I received a very prompt response or acknowledgement of receipt. He made me sign 50/50 custody telling me that the judge wants us to agree on 50/50 custody eventhough the judge only said to work out a parenting schedule with your ex husband. When i went to other attorney's to consult with them they all said that robert kovacs ruined my case by making me agreeing ...on 50/50 custody. I changed the attorney immediately. Very irresponsible, does not guide you. Says big things but does nothing.
