Not worth any of the money I paid him. He allowed my name and my character to be dragged through the mud by the plaintiff with no pushback by David. I was allowed to be painted in an extremely negative light, and he spent maybe two minutes in front of the judge with no attempt to dispute that depicti...on. My reputation has been ruined, and he did nothing to help prevent it. In addition he was unresponsive and non-communicative. I would text him, and would get no response. It felt like he barely spent any time going over my cases, and he certainly didn’t discuss them with me or even ask for my side. At one point, he showed up about 3 hours late for court, and the work he was supposed to have done for that appearance, he hadn’t done and my case was delayed yet again. Hilariously, he tried to charge me $500 for that appearance. He also left me with a longer probationary period than what I believe was truly warranted. He fought the prosecutor behind the scenes initially, but then didn’t fight for anything in front of the judge. I was left with the “deal” the prosecution and the “victim” wanted. This deal has significantly disadvantaged me and my life. I’ll be going somewhere else for representation going forward, and I suggest you do the same.

I was appointed Attorney Pichard in Palmer District Court on a felony charge against me for Destruction of private property by a unruly neighbor who was trying to cash in on a fraudulent insurance claim. He was able to get the case dismissed after a yr of back and forth. Thank you from ...a very grateful mother and truly innocent person who was trying to be railroaded, my appreciation runs deep!
