I've dealt with quite a few lawyers in my day. Some good and others who really didn't even seem to care. In the case of having Mr Pritchard defend me was having a lawyer in my corner that hits like a tank! I recently faced a case where the DA wanted me to be held on a thousand dollar bond as in my... youth I procured quite a few default warrants as I was rebellious in those days. I pleaded with Mr Pritchard that I had a family now and those days were behind me. He went off to ponder the situation. When he returned he offered a key strategy to get me out of this rock and a hard place. Should me and the other person in the case both invoke our 5th amendment rights it would cripple any case the DA had against us severely lowering any chance the judge would take serious such a bond. Once before the judge Mr Pritchard played his strategy and it worked like a charm. The DA scrambled to find resolve but he was checkmated before he even opened his mouth. The judge let me free without bond and set a future pretrial hearing saying he wanted the dust to settle on all this. At the pretrial once again the 5th was invoked and the common wealth didn't even bother to fight and admitted they had no case or evidence to continue. And the cherry on top of all of this was after the whole case was dismissed Mr Pritchard got the judge to wave my bar/advocate fee! Saved me a lot of trouble and money! I've been having several cases at Springfield court and some of them were criminal. And I'm not a citizen in this country. We've come a long way with David trying to resolve everything and he has done an amazing job. 5 out of 5 cases got thrown out even tho people were saying I got no hope and will b...e deported for criminal charges. I do recommend David as one of the most capable attorneys in Springfield area.

Attorney David Prichard was by far the best lawyer I have had the pleasure of working with. What I like about him is his honesty he doesn’t sugarcoat the truth and he gets straight to the point and lets you know what the consequences can be. Through out my process he was always there and up to date w...ith everything. He has great communication skills I would text him and I had a reply within minutes. I would forget my court dates and he would always text me. He dedicates his time to you and overall that’s what matters to me the most. He took the case and did everything in his power to get it dismissed I couldn’t be any happier with everything he did for me from dealing with me not knowing what to do, being late to court, forgetting my court dates and everything else. A criminal charge is a charge that’s hard to get dismissed and he did it within a few months. I would recommend him to everyone who has a criminal charge or any type of offense.

Attorney Pritchard was overall excellent to my case, I cannot say enough good things about the amazing job Attorney Pritchard has done for me. I texted him and emailed him, because i couldn't make it to court and i didn't want to end up with a warrant for my arrest. Not hoping to get an answer back..., i was surprised to see him reply back to my text and email. He told me to get to court as soon as possible and i did. Once i arrived that day in court, even though i was super late, He told me what i needed to do and right away we spoke about the case and found a solution to the case. Man this dude is awesome. He was just very personable, easy to talk to, and very easy going.
