He was going to help me very much, but after the end of the interview I asked him if it helps me and if he was able to ...record all what the witness said in a document, and if that,s supports my case, surprised push he needed to see the witness because he was not able to record what he needs to see him once again, but he was traveling and when I told him a witness to the date of travel outside the United States,he leave the deadline passes and did not call me again, finally I lost the witness.
