While he did not answer all of my questions, which is completely reasonable as I had a lot of them in my post, I do think he was at least a small help to me. I was trying to find out if a hospital policy would supersede State or Federal law since I had 2 employees who told me the hospitals they came from (out of state) had a policy that allowed employees to access their own medical record without consent.
