While he did not answer all of my questions, which is completely reasonable as I had a lot of them in my post, I do think he was at least a small help to me. All I am looking for and most of us here is any help at all may it be a small bit or a ton. Any amount can help us or save us from a big mista...ke. I posted an AVVO question about the police in my city kicking my door in then, beating and robbing me. Attorney Rafter 111. Gave me a knowledgeable answer to contact the State police or Attorney General in my state. I tried and the sad thing is they refused to help me, as always and told me they had ...no referrals for the either. Color of law violations and Civil Rights violations maxed. I was trying to find out if a hospital policy would supersede State or Federal law since I had 2 employees who told me the hospitals they came from (out of state) had a policy that allowed employees to access their own medical record without consent. I could not find this in my search of HIPAA law i...n my state so I asked the question and Mr. Rafter had an answer for me in less than 5 minutes.
