Mr. Rafter answered my question thoroughly and completely, even though he had nothing to gain from it. That's unheard of here in Oregon. (I wish you were licensed in Oregon, Mr. Rafter! You would be my first phone call.)

What lawyer gives free advice when needed? This guy
He didn’t need to follow up on a free forum question, that’s legit. I have the money to hire anyone, if this guy lived here I would get him paid. Thanks bud happy holidays

Very Responsive and Professional
MR. Charles replied Immediately to my questions and for that I do thank him. He was very responsive and clarified some important facts in determining if I have a solid case in my civil 4 th amendment violations complaint.
