I got Ray's name and contact information from someone in my office who had been pleased with the results he had when Ray handle a traffic ticket for him. I contacted Ray late in the afternoon one week (on a Thursday) before my court day for a speeding ticket. He responded immediately and had the ti...cket information in less than an hour.
