Mr. Ray is a great Lawyer. I was caught going 62 in a 35 MPH zone on 472 Savannah HWY/Wesley Dr S 17. I was trying to get the highway to go to Tampa FL and I accidentally entered the city without paying attention to speed limit . I got caught by a police vehicle with a speed radar. . The ticket wa...s $445 and i was going to receive 6 points on my license. I was terrified that my insurance was going to raise and I had to drive back to Charleston SC for the court, so I did some researching online. I had a ticket in branchville for 19 over (49/30). The cop caught be right when about 50 feet away from the 45 mph sign (perfect speed trap i assume). I was nervous coz the cop mentioned that I can have my license suspended if SC sends the information over to NC as a 15 over seed limit in NC is a lic...ence suspension. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE for me as the law states that the min speed limit should be 55 mph for it to be applicable.
