Tenacious, straight forward, result oriented. A violation that was disputed finally was dropped because Ray new the system and the players. He could have let it go as I had already paid the fine and his fee but because of his honesty and integrity he pursued this for 2 years. The case was dismissed ...and my fine will be returned.
