Mr. Lord did a great job with his representation of my case in court. He was able to argue that the speeding charge should be dismissed and be replaced by another charge involving my car equipment. The court accepted his argument and I am able to get my equipment checked and use it appropriately in...stead of having points on my record. Awesome!

While on a cross country trip I received a speeding ticket in Sourh Carolina. I was concerned about the expense and the points associated with a speeding ticket. Finally, after 3 months of committing a traffic violation, the court's judgement was rendered and I never appeared in court. To my thankful surprise, the decision was a fine of less than $200 and NO points. It could have been much, much worse financially. (having done the math, his fee was both a ...time saver and was well worth every dollar.) Mr. Lord was efficient and to the point in all communications ie phone, text and email. Actually sent him a pic of my ticket using my phone so he could begin my defense in just a few days. Naively, i thought i could plea my case in person by asking for mercy upon explaining my circumstances. Even my auto insurance company told me getting a lawyer was the best option if I thought the fee was reasonable. What was even more amazing was his firm found me (sent an unsolicited letter to me) and thanks to google I thought his firm would be a good choice. In my first contact with him via phone (which included sending him the pic), i was convinced pretty quickly that he will be my traffic court advocate. Finally, as a warning, I want to add that he asked me several times during that first conversation about my conduct with the officer who wrote the ticket. I responded that i was very courteous to which he responded, good.
