He was very diligent in doing the best he could in representing me long distance. I was moving from Fla to NY and along the way received a ticket in S. Carolina. It was by one of those cameras on the side of the road, which means it was mailed to me. I spoke to Ray and he promised he would do what he... could and he did!! I am very pleased with the outcome!!
