Miss Spence was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain every step of the process in a way we could understand, and she kept us updated the entire way through. Her compassion for my husband’s situation was clear from the very beginning, and she fought hard to make sur...e he received the help he deserved. Stupidly I applied for disability without an attorney and got rejected. After reading about how difficult it would be I was going to give up without appealing. I ended up searching for lawyers in the area and picked out two which had the best reviews. The first one I called took my name and said some...one would call back. I then called Ms. Spence's office and they heard my predicament and then said that Ms. Spence would be in touch. She called soon after and walked me through the whole process to get an appeal in. I can't say enough about Ms. Spence. She is a veteran of the system and no nonsense when it comes to getting things done. To make a long story short it took a few months but we ended up winning the appeal and in addition received funds for my minor child. From what I understand this could have taken another year but Ms. Spence's persistence was incredible and ultimately I started receiving my payments.
