If you are looking to fight your DUI in San Diego. Michael Fremont should be at the top of the list. I got my 1st and only DUI 5 months ago and drive for a living. I initially hired another specialist (arguable the #1 DUI Specialist in San Diego) but, realized quickly that my case was turned over t...o another associate that was not very responsive or cared about my case - i had even paid for trial even though this rarely happens. I switched to Fremont after one 10 min call after he had reviewed the police report. About 2 years ago I was arrested for a DUI, while driving on a suspended license, from a prior DUI. I contacted 5 other DUI attorneys until I finally retained Michael Fremont. From my very first meeting, he was optimistic and had a plan of attack with my case. I had a prior DUI that wasn't resolved ...correctly from my first attorney, I was driving on a suspended license, and I blew a .16. He didn't seem worried at all that I had a prior dui, and my license was suspended. The fact that he was so confident, helped to ease my mind. When I processed my paperwork at the courthouse to arrange payments for my fines, I still remember the look on the clerks face when he said to me, "You were driving with a suspended license, above the legal limit..........and you were able to plea down to a wet wreckless?? You must have a hell of an attorney!" Michael Fremont saved my life, and my career. I want to personally thank you for all of your help. I highly recommend him for any DUI/DWI case.

Mr. Fremont did an exencllent job handling my case. When first meeting with Mr. Fremont to discuss the details of my case, he made me feel at ease by being up front and totally honest about what to expect.
