Mr. Fremont is your best bet in San Diego county for beating your DUI case. I was arrested in February this year and talked to a couple lawyers before deciding on Mr. Fremont because he seemed to have more experience dealing with DUI cases than just about anyone around. He was honest with me in that ...he thought the best I could hope for would be a plea bargain to a wet and reckless, but the consultation with him was still reassuring. This man is a genius attorney. I felt completely at ease after talking to him. I can not believe what our police department is able to get away with. For less than the price of a DUI fine, Mike was my savior. About 2 years ago I was arrested for a DUI, while driving on a suspended license, from a prior DUI. I contacted 5 other DUI attorneys until I finally retained Michael Fremont. From my very first meeting, he was optimistic and had a plan of attack with my case. I had a prior DUI that wasn't resolved ...correctly from my first attorney, I was driving on a suspended license, and I blew a .16. He didn't seem worried at all that I had a prior dui, and my license was suspended. The fact that he was so confident, helped to ease my mind. Mr. Fremont did an exencllent job handling my case. When first meeting with Mr. Fremont to discuss the details of my case, he made me feel at ease by being up front and totally honest about what to expect.
