I was facing a felony 5th dui. The DA initially wanted a prison term. Through discovery before our preliminary hearing Michael was able to uncover weaknesses in the case and exposed them pretrial to get the deal is was shooting for. I personally feel your always better off hiring a private attorney o...ver a public defender. If your facing a dui charge Mr Fremont is the one to call. I got pulled over for your standard DUI arrest, no reckless driving or anything of the sort, but had a dimmed license plate light. I interviewed 3 different lawyers and decided to go with Mr. Freemont. Not only was he readily available, but he set up a consultation for the next day (Saturday). He ...mentioned a way to fight my case that the other lawyers I spoke to hadn't even thought of. It was a motion to suppress evidence of my BAC level.
