While he took his time at our initial meeting, every time I tried to talk with him after that he was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. It was frustrating because I had to be persistent in reaching out and asking questions to know what the next steps were and what his strategy was. I...n addition, he seemed unprepared at one of my hearings and was unknowledgeable about some of the details of the DMV processes. He helped me get a slightly better deal but was not able to do anything to significantly change my outcome.

What can i say about my case, to start off i was facing 2 duis back to back and i had talked to a lot of attorneys and none of them talked to me with confidence like fremont did. We met at a rubios and we went over my charges and what happened as a i remembered . I had to leave for work out of town ...for a fee months so he was able to start working on the case . We jas always in contact with me always sending me texts and updates about the case as well as phone calls and what was going on. First case came by and he got all my charges dismissed this would of been my 3rd dui, and he got all of the charges dropped. I did have to do SCRAM but thats cause the judge had ordered it but turned out it wasn't even necessary . Then i was waiting for the second case and i kept up with payments and he kept up with handling the legal stuff. I knew the other case wasnt going to end up in a dismissal of charges since i made super difficult but he did get my charges lowered and i think he did an excellent job at everything i was never stressing or anything i knew he had it under control . Overall my experience was great he did above and beyond my expectations and did everything in his power to male my life better other wise i would be in prison for about 18 months or so. So over it was great he does deserve this 5 star rating and more !
