On APRIL 12TH. 2015 I was stopped by a Stafford VA. Police Officer. He stated that I was driving 87 miles in a 65 mile an hour zone. I had an unfortunate experience with the local police department late on a Sunday night in early November. I was pulled over on a traffic stop that turned out to be quite a bit more than I thought possible. I am a member of the Legal Shield community and as part of their benefit plan is representat...ion for traffic violations. It turns out that the offense I was charged with was a reckless driving citation alleging that I was doing 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. As most people who have had the misfortune of being charged with that kind of violation in the state of Virginia know, it is a serious matter.
