I was pulled over for speeding at a spot where the speed limit had just dropped, putting me at a speed above the limit where I could be (and was) charged with reckless driving. I was planning to represent myself in court and hope for a lesser charge, but then heard that in Fairfax County the prosecut...or won’t work with you without representation and that the judge won’t (or can’t) reduce the charge during trial. I cannot thank Mary enough. Mary took on my case last minute and the first time we spoke was a few days before court.
