Stellar performance

Maria was professional, aggressive and successful. After breaking my back in a car accident, it was such a relief to have her take over all of my medical expenses so I didn't have to. Her negotiation with the insurance company was outstanding. No only did she avoid a lengthy trial, she recovered c...onsiderably more than I expected. As a bonus, she was able to reduce the medical bills considerably. Due to this, I recovered even MORE than I expected. My life will never be the same, but at least now, I can buy the things I desperately need to make my life a little more comfortable.

Very professional!

Maria did what the other lawyers couldn’t do for me. After I was a victim of a hit-and-run accident I hired a very big (popular law firm, I won’t name names) and after about 6 months they said they can’t help me anymore. Maria took my case and finished it all like real professional! I highly recomme...nd her if you want your case to be handled well, with a great team of people, and without the stress that I had while working with others. Thank you so much for your help Maria !

Car accident injury

We hired Attorney Maria Gerber to represent us in a lawsuit stemming from a car accident that my daughter was in. I want to say that from the first contact with her and her office, we received excellent, professional service that completely put us at ease with what could have been a daunting legal pr...ocess. This is not something that anyone wants to go through, but if you do, you need to know that the person representing you not only is trying to win your case, but actually cares about you and your situation. Attorney Gerber and her staff walked us through the process keeping us informed but not overwhelmed every step of the way. The settlement that we received was far more than we imagined was even possible and would never have happened without Attorney Gerber.
