I agonized over the decision on whether to hire an attorney or try to use the OAG's mediation service (which was a truly horrible experience as they are quick to raise the amount of support and slow to adjust the amount downwards due to changes in financial circumstances). As the Non Custodial Parent..., I was pleased by the excellent service provided by Ms. Arellano on my Child Support Modification. She was compassionate and helped me get the amount of child support reduced to reflect changes in my personal circumstances. I would highly recommend Ms. Arellano for any family law matters.
