I hired Judd to handle my divorce. My divorce was long, drawn out, and expensive. When we were approaching our court date, we arranged to have my ex's potential earnings calculated using a consultant. Judd's office did not deliver the consultants finding to her attorney immediately, but instead sat o...n them for a couple of weeks. When we got to court, the judge disallowed these findings. When Judd was told he couldn't use them, he literally told the judge that he didn't know what to do then because that was his case! Both attorneys were given 15 minutes to argue the case. Judd spent almost 10 minutes trying to contact the consultant even though the testimony would be inadmissible. He cost me a great deal because he did not properly prepare. I was just glad when it was all over.

I did my homework. Read reviews, checked BBB, reviewed Judd's website, all before hiring him in 2016 to represent me in my divorce. Long story short, he was paid over $10,000 by me. My case settled early. He disappeared with my money. I filed suit with the AZ State Bar. My complaint was accompa...nied by 25 other complaints. A disciplinary judge disbarred Mr Nemiro, effective Aug 4, 2017. He can no longer practice law. Be thankful you did not hire him.

I went to Judd Nemiro's office a little over two years ago, because his ranking and reviews were so high on this website. I am finding that they are probably friends and family of his writing these reviews. I showed up to his office and waited 30mins in the parking lot. A woman finally showed up a...nd was not expecting me. I told her I had an appointment with Mr. Nemiro. He no showed that appointment and had me meet with his partner. I looked up her background and found she had been arrested for a DUI not long prior to our meeting. Long story short, I never met Mr. Nemiro, and only one letter was written and sent by this other attorney. So, I was charged and double chargedfor things done by the partner and by Mr. Nemiro. Yet, I have never met the man face to face, and our only conversation was to ask him how he was billing me for services not done. Yet, they sent me a bill for a couple thousand dollars. I detailed everything out in writing as to why he charged and double charged me for things not done. Needless to say, I walked away with a hefty bill for nothing. He would not make things right, and I did not want to deal with him. I walked away having to pay off that amount on a credit card. Karma always come back Mr. Nemiro, and these recent reviews are showing your character.

He was hired for my divorce. He knowingly filed for my divorce breaking Arizona statue. He took a lot more money than initially laid out and cost me tons of money in my situation when he knew it before hand and cost me emotional distress due to these situations cost me the amount to relocate back to ...the state I was from and still had to hire a different attorney and no appeal lawyer in AZ could take my case because it should not have legally been filed to begin with. However, I trusted him and he said he does this all the time. He then tried to state after I demanded a refund which I did receive but not without him refusing to give it back first, that I could not place any public reviews or anything regarding this matter. So he was taken to the bar where it was proven his conduct was unprofessional and in violation. He then contacted me after the fact trying to guilt me into not pursuing the matter and how bad it could look for him. He was not supposed to have contact with me at this point. So don't ignore it. Do your research and be cautious if you decide to proceed with him but if I could do it all over again I would have never hired him.
