First Class

We hired Mr. James Bodiford to represent my cousin in a child custody case. He provided his undivided attention at all times when working on her case. The day of court, he arrived on time and won her full custody of her baby. Our family will always be in appreciation for his time and service.

Mr. Bodiford did an excellent job with my child custody case. Although we were in court numerous times, he was always prompt and advised me each time the case was coming up. I would definitely use him for other legal actions.

Child Visitation

Mr. Bodiford is one of the best attorney's in Mobile and I am so thankful he represented me. He helped get me get visitation with my 1 year old daughter and I am still enjoying visitation with her without any problems or fusses with her mother. He also helped me with the amount of child support tha...t I have to pay which is more in accord with my income. Mr. Bodiford gave me great advice, was kind, understanding and easy to work with. My mother referred him to me and said he was the best that she knew and she was right.

Great Custody Attorney

I referred my niece to Mr. Bodiford to help her with a custody matter. He was very knowledgeable in custody and won the case for my niece. I would recommend him to others for custody matters.
