I went to Ilona because we were referred by a good friend of ours, and of course success rate is something that played the most important role here. We did our research before going to her office. After meeting her, we were convinced. She heard our situation patiently and we had a detail discussi...on about the procedure. She gave her opinion right away explaining why we have a case. Honestly we were very nervous and worried until we met her. We came out from the office with hope. After waiting about 2.5 years I got the letter for interview. USCIS sent the letter to our house and Ilona's office at the same time. But Ilona's office called me right away, even before I was able to go home and check my mail. Later that day when I saw my mail at home, I realized how efficient her office is. Trust me, its a great feeling when you know you are on good hands. And being responsible and efficient are two great signs. She has few other (friendly & nice) attorneys and 5-6 staffs in that office. They are always busy and yes, a lot of people are always waiting there. But nobody is chit-chating and killing time. They'll talk to you when its necessary and explain everything very patiently. But if you want to sit there and gossip with staffs while waiting, sorry, this is not a place for you. Everybody is busy at work. We always get a positive vibe whenever we visit her office. We dealt with one of her staff mostly for prepping our paper works. His name is Kiril. He is very nice and hard working guy. Every time we visited the office, he is always there. He helped us to organize our papers and he did an amazing job. Whether you need a translator to translate a document or need an interpreter for your interview, he has contacts. Another thing I loved about Ilona, she is very prompt with responses. She has always answered my emails within 3 mins or less. Anytime I had questions, I emailed her. This is the fastest and easiest way to communicate with her. 2 days ago we have received 'Recommendation for Approval' We have finger crossed, hope to receive the final approval letter soon via mail. From the beginning, I didn't like her office. Guys working with her not serious, too many people waiting and I waited more than 2 hours, but my appointment was earlier. Case was easy, but they took 6k for nothing. Do not take a translator from them, that guy was hungover on my interview ,barely under...stand what's going on. Horrible. And yes, my case was denied.

I am so thankful to have found a lawyer like Ilona. Not only is she THE BEST at what she does she is a person with the most genuine, kind and open heart.
