Everyone is happy when the attorney that he hired to fight for his rights wins, when his case is closed, his petition is approved and everything that he was waiting for finally delivered to him. And when client is happy he is ready to share his feelings and gladly writes a wonderful review for his la...wyer. I would like to tell you that my case is not close yet. We might left a half of the way behind or could be more or less (all immigration cases unfortunately last long enough to be measured by years!) However I would like to write this review now not by the results of my case but because of the impression that my attorney Ilona Dzhamgarova already made during our appointments, consultations, conversations on the phone and in emails. There are some features of a lawyer that I value most of all: decency, attentiveness and availability, i.e. ability to reach your counselor at any moment when you need him. These qualities are “flesh of flesh” of my attorney and I would not emphasize that since I consider them “a must set to hire”. I discovered another, very rear quality inherent to Ilona that I am afraid I could not find a name for. Maybe you, the future client of her, will be able to characterize it with one word. I will just tell you that during all the time working with Ilona under my case, I felt like I was her family member. I do not consider myself as a special person that allows suggesting that anyone who came here for a help gets the same attitude. No wonder that once Ilona said to me: “…all my cases are like children for me, and the people that stand behind these cases are my relatives. I do care about them, worry, sometimes can’t even sleep. Please always keep me apprised on anything pertaining to your case. Come to my office, call or shoot email no matter how late it is. I always get back to you”. Don’t you wish such attorney? The question is rather rhetorical, you definitely do.

I would like to share my experience with the firm of Ilona Dzhamgarova. I came to US 16 years ago and filed for asylum because my father was killed due to the pollical view.
