In the end, the case turned out just like he said when I first met with him. I got custody, my husband pays child support, he got visitation, he pays alimony and the marital debts and I got a part of his military retirement. Despite my ex thinking he was cheated, the judge said the case was being settled along the guidelines. The case settled exactly as Shawn said it would 5 months earlier. Shawn did a great job for me and is the ONLY lawyer any military parent should use.
