Case 2023cr0998 Failure to surrender Giglio and Hemmer Material (violation Maryland v Brady pretrial acquittal due process 1963) Un ethical summons procedure. Participation in multiple conflicts of interests. (NO ABA 1.7 University of Cornell Rule contract nor primary client corollary naming conflic...ting parties). Due to this condition, the hired/consulted box can't be legally answered due to the lack of said contract. I have hours of recordings verifying this. I declared my own legal defense in 12 documents to the court. 6 are on Peach Court. These papers were suppressed and or lost by Hammond. In essence of practiced manifestation, Hammond conducted the prosecution not the defense. From a Vietnam era Veteran I have the following notarized witness statement. "I...grew up in Pennsylvania. I saw numerous events, often referred to as 'railroad jobs' of local corruption. I was with {the defendant} on the following court dates. 10-23-2024, 1-3-2025, 1-31-2025, 5-23-2025, and 6-9-2025, a date at which his alleged lawyer was absent, but {defendant} had his summons card. At this appearance, he was denied the right to file a grievance. I was at every alleged council meeting from 4-29-2024 to 1-31-2025 and the court date (meetings included) indicated except 6-2-2025. Most of these sessions were held in the court lobby or Hammond's lobby. Only a few were in the office. Repeatedly {defendant} was denied discovery. When we brought up certain issues, the alleged council said, 'Shush. I have to live in this county.' {Defendant} supplied ALL of his own paperwork, The attorney did nothing and performed NO investigation. Still we have no discovery. Hammond did nothing. He got {the defendant's mother} for 7500$ in January 2025 so he could continue to fleece {the defendant} and his family for everything they had or at the very least as hard as he could squeeze them." The case officially closed at the beginning of November, yet Hammond is charging us additional fees for a FOIA of our families land and account assets. There are NO chain of custody signatures in this case, certainly none of mine. The additional alleged materials, if he has them are useless after the case is closed. He says in his email had got them after the case was over. The charge was first listed for the FOIA in December AFTER the case.
