During my husband’s interview a document was missing which caused his visa to be withheld until we provided said document. When I called and spoke with Jorge he helped us with letting us know which document was needed and kept us updated on everything afterwards! When we got the news my husband’s vis...a was approved Jorge called to let us know and guided us with the next steps to get home! Overall our experience since the beginning was amazing, answering all of our questions and concerns and making sure we were kept up to date with all we needed to know!
