I was involved in an accident where I had been drinking. I was charged with a DUI and Negligent Driving 1st Degree. Chloe was able to get the DUI charge dismissed along with minimal sentencing for the Neg 1 charge in my criminal case. Also she was able to get my civil case with the Department of Lice...nsing dismissed. In all I only had to pay a small fine and do no jail time, no suspended license, and no community service. Throughout my trial what impressed me the most was that Chloe knew the legal system very well and advised me to take certain actions that were in the best interest of my case; such as taking classes and going to getting an evaluation. She was incredibly difficult to get ahold of after my initial visit and set up of payment. She missed two court hearing and had to send associates who were more than an hour late. She informed me of what the worst case senario might be, but it ended up being worse than she had prepared me for. Chloe ...was very pleasant when I got to speak with her and see her at the court dates she made. I wish she would have worked harder on my behalf. After speaking with a family friend who is an attorney I was informed of a few other things that could have been done to better the outcome of my case and my future.
