I-130 petition for preference relative(F4)
He is was very professional and straight to the point but failed to capture the entire question asked. I was advised to consult an attorney for further information. This left me hanging.
You are certainly welcome to visit again and I can address all issues related to the relative petition regarding the F4 classification. Normally, this type of case will not be resolved for at least 12 years or more depending on the country of origin. I encourage other options due to the time factor. I am open to discuss this further with you.
