Not a fighter

Scott was more interested in getting a plea agreement and didn't fight for me. Stopped responding to requests and more of a rabbit than a shark. Look around before hiring him.

DUI attorney

For the amount paid, I felt very alone throughout this process. Initially he was concerned with getting his payment first (which is understandable) but then afterward I felt very confused and alone. As a client I should not have felt like a bother to my lawyer, nor should I have had to remind him mul...tiple times to send things to my probation officer. I get lawyers are busy, but they should make their clients feel taken care of (especially when they are young and alone).

This is a very unfair rating. I know that the client's DUI was reduced to a non-DUI offense and that probation officer's have their probationers sign "releases" so they can get their hands on documents they need from evaluating agencies etc. I go out of my way to give my client's the best representation and contact information - which included my phone number, my email, and in this case, even my cell phone number so that my client was always kept up to date. This particular case required substantial additional work communicating with University officials to protect the client's interests and was done at no additional cost. I'm very sorry she doesn't feel like she was represented well. I don't think I've ever had a bad client review and I work very hard to help people out of their legal jams.
