Compassionate caring & smart

I hired Elizabeth to finish my divorce and would recommend her to anyone. She and her team were extremely nice and made sure I was taken care of. Much thanks to all!!!

Superior representation

We first retained Elizabeth for parenting plan modification in 2011 after meeting with several different lawyers in the area. From the start Elizabeth put us at ease with her knowledge and confidence and we felt right away that she was the right person to represent us. She made the court process easy... to manage and kept us up to date on any new challenges or questions regarding our case, while also managing costs. Since 2011, we have had to return to court several times and there is no-one else we would go to for our needs. During our most recent court case she navigated us through a rather complex case including child support, post-secondary support, and parenting plan modification. During this time, we were able to work also with her associate Jeremy who did an excellent job working with all the information we gave him and helping to construct a concise and professional statement for the courts. She was always efficient about keeping us informed and responding to our questions and concerns. She was upfront and honest about expectations and did not “over-promise” what we knew would be a difficult case. Despite this, she fought hard for us and in the end we are extremely happy with the result. She will not allow herself to be pushed around or manipulated by opposing counsel, and will not get flustered by their inappropriate comments, accusations or requests. We all know that divorce and custody disputes can be quite emotional and ugly, and it was a relief to have representation that put professionalism as a priority while at the same time ensuring that all of the pertinent information is provided for the court. We have also been able to view Elizabeth represent us in court on several occasions during this case, as well view several other attorneys in the area, and I can say in full confidence that we chose correctly and had the very BEST attorney to represent us. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her firm, in fact we already have!

Elizabeth Christy is amazing!

Elizabeth represented me for my divorce 2 years ago, and recently for a modification of papers. Both times she did an exceptional job navigating this complicated process. I appreciate her communication and how easy she made the process. I would highly recomend Elizabeth to anyone, but especiall...y those who are dealing with a manipulative ex.

Experienced and Professional Family Law Attorney

I retained Elizabeth's Firm in 2015 to help with a fairly complex divorce and custody dispute lasting over a year and a half and can easily give her 5 stars. I selected her firm after meeting with several other attorneys from Portland to Longview. I found her firm had great reviews, more than fair ...pricing, personable staff, and were immediately trustworthy. I initially utilized one of her attorneys on staff who was mentored by Elizabeth and did an AMAZING job going above and beyond in my Temporary Parenting Plan process. Soon after the TPP process, the attorney on staff I'd been using unexpectedly left family law for other legal endeavors. In this absence Elizabeth, who already had a full case load, personally took on my case herself to see me through to the end with a great settlement as the outcome. Her excellent assistant Leslie also did a lot behind the scenes and played a key role in my case resolution. Overall, in working with Elizabeth personally I found her to have excellent communication, her family law experience was apparent, her local experience in Clark County was also apparent, she was extremely assertive and proactive, and always had a positive demeanor throughout my stressful divorce process. I also wanted to specifically point out that her pricing was more than reasonable, she worked WITH me to help reduce costs versus finding ways to add costs or nickel and dime me, and was very clear about expected costs and various options based on these. Based on my personal experience I would definitely recommend her firm if you are faced with divorce, child custody issues, or other legal matters where an attorney may be needed now or in the future.

The BEST!

I would highly recommend her (and have to friends and family) as an attorney!!!! She is very fair, I used her in a custody case with my son back in 2012 and I loved working with her. She communicates and keeps you in the loop. She explains the process (in language you understand), what to expect a...nd the outcome. My son was recently adopted by my husband and we had to use a different attorney, that did not communicate with us, did not do things in a timely manner and over all was very frustrating! Something that should have taken a month to two months to complete took five months! Also, was told one fee and ended up being double! It made me appreciate my first experience with Elizabeth! Knowing that not all attorneys are like the one we dealt with. We recently asked her to represent us in a child support case and I am so thankful for her being able to do it. She is human and easy to talk to and explain things to, with no judgement. She truly cares and wants to help! In both cases she made sure that it was affordable and we really appreciate that being a family of five! If we need to use her in the future she is our number one to go to! I also will continue to send people her way if need be!
