Mr. Woody was very helpful with retrieving my firearm that was wrongfully seized by WSP 2 years ago. I attempted to do it myself on several occasions but was sent through hoops and hit dead ends, forcing me to seek representation. Mr. Woody was able to help me acquire my firearm in a timely manner wi...th no issues. I appreciate his services and would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking representation or in a similar situation.

Sterling representation

Brett was my warrior, especially in court. His preparation so outshone the prosecutor, and clearly demonstrated his grasp of case law, rules of evidence, and court procedures. He helped me get my life back

Recently I went through what I would call the most painful and scariest family episode of my life. I was in such a low place in my life dealing with family problems that tied themselves with legal issues. The weight of all this was so heavy that I lost my job and lost some important people around me ...and almost lost of my freedom. But I was referred to Mr. Woody and once he stepped into my case he began to bring life back to my world. Brett Woody had an approach that my case needed. He knew the law and although the Judge and prosecutors were tough, Brett Woody was even more tough and fought hard with legal justice that got my case completely dismissed. I now have my life back with things going much better and the happiness and freedom I have I owe and Thank Brett Woody. A recommendation I would give many times.

Over and beyond!

I honestly couldn't put into words what Mr. Woody did for me and my family. He went over and beyond when He traveled over 2 1/2 hours to come to my arrangement. It was my first time in jail and I was terrfied, scared and had no idea what to do or expect. Not only did he take every minute to figure ou...t my case but he truly spent so much time reassuring me it will be ok. He was extremly upfront telling me the worst and best case scenarios. Never, ever, did I feel like he was trying to tell me what I wanted to hear or rip me off. He is incredibly inteligent and incredibily knowledgeable with the law. I'll never forget how respected he was by the prosecuting and judge in my case. In my case which was a DV charge you rarely see it completely 100% dismissed and on the last day I stood infront of the judge while He completely dismissed it and said "good luck" while smiling. This was not how he handled all 7 cases before me. I truly believe Mr. Moody was the reason and I'm so thankful for all his hard work and I extremely recommend him!
