Mr. Woody Top Notch Attorney

I’ll try to keep this short and sweet—though truthfully, I could sing this man’s praises all day! Mr. Woody is, without a doubt, a top-tier attorney who got my case DISMISSED. I don’t have a mile-long rap sheet, but I’ve been through the court system enough times to know what to expect… and this expe...rience was completely different in the best possible way. From the very beginning, Mr. Woody treated my case with care, integrity, and a level of communication I’ve never experienced from a court-appointed attorney. He kept in regular contact with me, making sure I always felt informed, empowered, and never forgotten. That alone was a first. But what truly sets him apart is his expertise. This man knows the law—inside and out—and he navigates each charge with strategic precision. He went above and beyond for me, treating my case with the same dedication and professionalism you’d expect from a high-priced private attorney. I felt genuinely seen and supported. Effective, Intelligent and Authentic

Brett and his team were recommended when our regular legal team wasn't available to work a traffic case for us in a more remote part of Washington state. They stepped up and with little dependency on us they were able to resolve that issue, while also providing some great legal advice on a related is...sue. It's been a great experience for us and I would highly recommend Bret and his team.

Advice

Bret isn’t a divorce attorney, but he was able to give me great advice on my troubled marriage. Hopefully I won’t need to hire a divorce attorney.

Needed some help

My daughter was in an accident after our ice storm. From her explanation, the road was black ice, problem was she did not know until she spinned on it. She did not hit any cars, just a concrete barrier. An officer arrived, said he expected the accident would eventually have occurred due to the con...ditions. He then proceeded to cite my daughter with going to fast for the conditions rather than let it go. I asked Bret for some assistance. He looked at the case and said it would be taken care of. He mentioned a couple of things the officer failed to do and that the ticket would be dismissed. Just as he promised, I recieved a text from Bret the case was dismissed. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Bret. Though this was only a traffic ticket, it meant a lot with regards to my daughter's insurance.
