DUI

Mr. Woody was so very helpful with my case and not only did he take my concerns and fears seriously, he did exactly what he said he would do. He used his knowledge, expertise and skills to get me the best deal possible. I had a first time DUI from several years ago that was placed into a deferred ...prosecution. After years with little no end in sight, I called Mr. Woody to seek counsel and help with this never ending nightmare. Impossible possible!

Lewis County, WA placed a bench warrant due to a noncompliance with the conditions of my release for a DUI in a result of not receiving notice to appear due to moving out of state. Saved my deferred and got my ignition interlock removed!!

I was on a deferred prosecution for my 1st DUI. Traveled out of state and upon my return I failed to realize that I was required by probation to provide a UA. Back to court for a hearing!! I thought for sure there would be repercussions. But with the help of Mr. Bret Woody, I received only a minor to...ngue lashing from the judge, and I got to stay in my deferred prosecution. Not only that, but he lobbied for me to reduce what was a 5 year requirement for my interlock, down to just over a year. He has given me my life and my freedom back and I will be forever grateful. Defense in Dui and Dol hearing.

Brett Woody represented me in my dui and dol hearings. Mr. Woody did a great job reviewing the facts of my case and was able to provide the best results! He fought with conviction! He was able to get my dui dropped down to a negligent 1 driving ticket. He was also able to have dol consider the fact t...hat the police officer did not pull me over with probable cause. Dol Found there was not enough evidence to restrict my license in anyway. My license is in good standing and is not restricted. Mr. Woody is a great lawyer and has the best interests for your case. Very professional and personable! Would recommend to anyone!
