Bret is Superman!

We had a DUI by an over zealous officer over the weekend and I was able to contact and contract with Bret on a Sunday and he had it dismissed by the initial hearing. In addition he refunded much of the fee without me requesting a refund. Bret is special

DWI Arrest

I hired Bret Woody to represent me in my DWI case. I was extremely stressed over my poor decision to drink and drink and my arrest. Mr. Woody met with me in person and explained how he would help me as we moved forward through the court system. Mr. Woody gave me all of the support and guidance th...at I needed throughout the entire court process. The court system is extremely stressful but Mr. Woody was available to me every step of the way. Mr. Woody took time before each and every court hearing to explain what was going to happen and prepared my to answer questions that I may face from the judge. I got my 3rd dui and was mentally and emotionally in the dumps, i spoke and met with brett and he made me feel comfortable and that i had someone who was gonna get down to business and fight for my rights, And that's exactly what he did ! He worked with me on payment plan and always kept me informed ...and messaged me before court dates. He made me feel like he wanted me there more than i did at times, all around good guy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer who actually wants you out of trouble more than making money !
