Jeff and Erin are wonderful! I have a case where my minor child needed a parenting plan. I called and met with several attorneys, most who didn't know how to handle the case since she was a minor. Jeff was awesome. He kept me updated and informed. If he was unsure of something, he'd research it, ta...lk to colleagues and get the information. I enthusiastically endorse Jeff Whalley, who I retained to represent my child during a hearing. He took an active interest in the case and made sure he had a thorough understanding of the events surrounding our case. I wanted to write this review before the decision because every attorney in the world will tell you that there is no guaranteed outcome. If the decision is not what we hoped, I will not consider it a reflection of Jeff’s abilities. He put in a 100% effort, and for that I’m grateful.

As any father filing for divorce seeking custody. It is a very scary and unreal situation. You feel that perhaps that you are on an unequal playing field with everything you hear.
