Steven is very up front and down to earth. He didn't let us think we wouldn't get what we needed out of a claim but definitely got us much more than we thought we would. They stayed on top of everything for us and his staff was never annoyed at my incessant phone calls with questions... or at least... they never let on. I unfortunately have another accident, this time with personal injury vs. property damage, and we will be calling him tomorrow.
