When the case was settled, I received just shy of the top of the estimated range. The office is divided into several teams th...at specialize in that area of the case; ie. Billing, records, demand, etc. This seems to make them quite efficient. The office called me regularly to update me on my case. I rarely found myself reaching out to them to get an update. The only thing I would say I was slightly disappointed with is that I never met the attorney. However, he did call me and we spoke before my case was settled and answered all my questions. I guess it really doesn't matter now as my case has been settled. They took care of most of the business, I didn't have to do very much, and I received a fair settlement that they predicted from the beginning.
