I hired Elizabeth Powell in feb. this year. She had all my paperwork. Called a lot to schedule appointments and no response. I was having to send letters the apartment complex I live at cause Elizabeth wouldn't do anything! She sent me my paperwork back in June of this year and I'm still having issue...s with the apartment complex! Now I've had to go to hospital because of fall and the issues where never taken care of from Elizabeth ! All if this will be taken into account in court!

She is very knowledgeable and provided me with the RCW statutes that applied to my case, so I could inform my landlord as to his duties. She responded to my emails in the s...ame professional manner and is actively involved in assisting me to resolve this.
