Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and responsive right from the beginning. While my roommates elderly aunt was in a rehab facility her sister and her boyfriend broke into the aunt's apartment & took up residence. They caused so many issues with the neighbors that the landlord threatened to evict the aunt. I sent an email to Elizabeth Rankin Powell explaining the situation... & she immediately called me & helped me complete a vulnerable adult protection order to have the sister excluded from the aunt's apartment. She kept in touch & gave tips on how to present the case to the judge & how to make sure the sister was properly served.
