I contacted Ms. Horwath when I made a bad decision and drove after I had been drinking. From the first conversation and meeting, I felt comfortable with her and my instincts were right. She was able to dive into the legal aspect angle of my case and rather than trying to defend my high BAC, she too...k a different approach and went after whether or not the tribal officer was right in the way he handled my situation. She found loophole after loophole and was able to convince the prosecutor to drastically reduce the charges to Negligent Driving, which I never thought would happen.
