Great attorney with a great team!

Dan is an extremely knowledgeable and empathetic when dealing with a difficult custody case and will help explain every step of the process to help alleviate the high levels of stress that these cases cause.

Hired Daniel Ehrlich, but got the new hire

I hired Daniel to help me with custody of my daughter for an out of state move. He is a great lawyer and worked quickly with getting what I wanted from opposing counsel.

AMAZING LAWYER

There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have towards Daniel and his paralegal Brendan. They are professional, Helpful, kind and have the most empathy. They are patient. As my boyfriend took on a huge court battle for his kids these last 16 months… it’s been non stop phone call after ...phone call, email after email, court after court they have never failed to impress us with the attentiveness and caring ways and beyond helpful. They are organized. They are smart. if you have been looking to lawyers and if you seem hesitant as a lot of people are when hiring lawyers and spending the money stop your search if you can. They are amazing. Truly blessed we found them. Kenny and i are thankful. We are waiting for the verdict of our 3 day trial but regardless of the outcome (Seems too be on our side) we are beyond thankful and blessed for both Daniel and Brendan.

Snohomish county's very own Lincoln Lawyer!

11 months ago I thought my chances of ever seeing my daughter in the physical again were over. I thought I had no hope. See I had been through family Law Before if you will. Filling a notice to appear without a lawyer, I went after full custody / guardianship over my oldest daughter and I won! Howeve...r my youngest daughter, who is part of Tulalip's sovereign nation, needed to be saved as well. Being that the jurisdiction was completely different it proved to be nightmare. An absolute nightmare.. The courts there acted as if my petition didn't exist. "COULDNT BE FOUND in oddessey" (their system). ALong the way information... things like declaration of service on the mother just didn't exist... it was almost as if powers that be were truly working against me. I now no differently... regardless My sister and I allocated as much monies as we could... you name it... I sold all I had and borrowed the rest which wasn't even close to what the man's worth. Daniel Elrich and his paralegal Brendan Saved my sanity! They truly gave me piece of mind. We go to trial soon and win or loose I'll have this man and his partners back and will see that they represent me for life. It says he's practiced for 14 years... my spirit tells me you could double that easily. I want to let anyone and everyone know that this man is an amazing choice. His practice stands firm in my heart and mind and I assure you that he'll go the distance. Just ask him about my case! Godbless America and godbless "The righteous attorneys" Hard to find I imagine! Lawyer

He was our attorney for our high conflict child custody case. Almost 2 years. It started out rough because of a fault on our end but he seen it through and in the end we won custody of our step daughter and we’re able to take her from a child trafficking situation. Amazing price for experience. Super... good at the paperwork over all we’re happy and satisfied with all of the work.
