It has been two months since I received an RFE, and to this day I have not been given any meaningful action plan. The petition itself felt generic and artificial, to the point that a high school student with basic AI skills could have produced something better. I was never happy with the quality of the petition, but they took so long to prepare it that I felt requesting substantial revisions would have meant waiting another six months. Unfortunately, receiving an RFE came as no surprise. I also have concerns about the authenticity of the reviews on their website, although I cannot verify whether they are genuine. Is there a way to actually confirm their authenticity, can a company publish any number of fake reviews to fool clients? Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this team.

Katya literally disappeared after the initial consultation, never ever to be seen again. ... Right off the bat, the promises didn't hold, they committed to filing in weeks but took many months, and moved only with escalation. Virtually everything was handled by a paralegal using an AI drafting platform. I have no issue with AI, but EB-1A cases live or die on attorney judgment in framing the facts, and that layer was clearly absent. The reviewing attorney's contribution was little more than proofreading and on our only call, Samriddhi couldn't speak to my criteria, my background, or the strategy. Phone calls were never returned, emails get buried without any ack. And when it mattered most (RFE and Denial) they weren't there. Cannot recommend them!!
